Submission Requirements
Film Type: The festival accepts films of all genres, including feature films, documentaries, short films, animations, etc. Films must be original works.
Length Limit: The film length cannot exceed 120 minutes (feature films) and 30 minutes for short films.
Language Requirements: Films can be in any language, but non-English films must provide English subtitles.
Submission Format: Films must be submitted in digital format, including but not limited to MP4 or MOV format. Please ensure that the film quality is HD (at least 1080p).
Submission Period
Advance Submission: The deadline for advance submission is September 15, 2024.
Regular Submission: The deadline for regular submission is October 10, 2024.
Final Submission: The deadline for final submission is October 15, 2024.
Eligibility
Premiere Requirements: There is no premiere requirement, but premiere films will be given priority.
Year of Work: Only films produced in 2022 and later will be accepted.
Copyright Statement: Submitters are responsible for ensuring that all copyright issues have been resolved and that the film does not infringe third-party rights during submission.

Copyright release: Submitting a film constitutes consent for the Festival to use the film clip during promotion and exhibition.
Entry Fee: The submission fee is $20 (short films) or $30 (feature films) per film. The fee is non-refundable.
